Beer equipment manufacturers talk about the current situation of China's beer industry

Current location:Home/File/Details

The current situation of China's beer industry in recent years can be summarized as follows: beer production continues to increase, the development model is very different; the scale of enterprises to expand, the beer group to further optimize; awareness of the low price, reversing the ineffective measures, beer prices continue to go down, economic efficiency is still slippery; uneven development of enterprises, the trend of polarization is obvious; stable quality, more varieties, diversified forms of packaging; the adoption of new technologies, equipment levels continue to The level of equipment is increasing. Although it has become a large beer country, to be a strong country still has a difficult journey.

1. Beer production continues to increase

The annual sales volume of China's beer industry surpassed that of the United States in 2002 to become the world's largest beer producer and consumer, and since then, China has been the number one beer producer and consumer in the world for 10 consecutive years. In 2012, China's beer production continued to grow. According to the "2013 China Beer Manufacturing Industry Market Forecast and Investment Strategy Analysis Report" released by China Business Intelligence, in January and November 2012, the national beer production reached 46.008 billion L: an increase of 3.57% year-on-year.

From the perspective of production in each province and city, in January-November 2012, the production of beer in Shandong Province reached 6.267 billion L, up 5.81% year-on-year, accounting for 13.62% of the total national production. It was followed by Henan Province, Guangdong Province and Zhejiang Province, accounting for 10.03%, 9.79% and 5.61% of the total output respectively. By regional comparison, coastal areas continue to maintain strong momentum of development, the growth of the C Department began to accelerate, the most growth is in the central and southern regions; the largest growth rate is in the northwest; the northeast region has negative growth. The per capita consumption of beer products in China is still low, lower than the number of per capita consumption in the world.

2, The scale of beer enterprises continue to expand

The grouping and scaling of the beer industry continues to accelerate development, through the rational selection of distribution points, optimization of asset mix, the establishment of marketing networks, and the gradual formation of three major national groups, the scale is increasingly expanding. 2001 the theme of the national beer industry is still the production of more than 50,000 kL of beer enterprises, a total of 102, accounting for 26.6% of the total number of enterprises, beer production accounted for 81.2% of the total national output. Among them, beer production in more than 200,000 kL of beer enterprises 23, accounting for only 6% of the total number of enterprises, but production accounted for 50.4% of the country; 100,000 ~ 200,000 kL enterprises 26, production accounted for 14.8% of the country; 50,000 ~ 100,000 kL of enterprises 53, production accounted for 16% of the country.

3, Enterprise north system change, beer group optimization

Enterprise structure, state-owned enterprises continue to reduce, has fallen to 20%; shareholding system and the number of private enterprises increased, respectively, rose to 27.7% and 14.9%. But from the industry scale and economic efficiency to analyze, state-controlled joint-stock enterprises, state-owned enterprises and Sino-foreign joint ventures (including wholly foreign-owned) enterprises are still the main body of the industry.

By the end of 2001, national beer groups such as Qingdao, Yanjing and China Resources have gradually formed as well as regional groups such as Harbin and Golden Dragon Spring, of which 28 are domestic-owned beer groups and 11 are foreign-owned beer groups, and the output of these beer groups accounts for more than 65% of the total national output.

4, The uneven development of enterprises, the trend of polarization is obvious

From the development of the beer industry in recent years, the trend of polarization is obvious, because of the increased concentration in production scale and output, the formation of several large groups, but there is also an annual output of less than 100kL of small beer equipment plants, in the sales price of the product and the economic benefits of the enterprise, also appears to have obvious advantages.

5, The comprehensive level of the beer industry continues to improve

In addition to the increase in production, the beer industry, its development rate and product quality, equipment level is also constantly improving. 2001 beer industry capital tax rate in the beverage wine industry is the highest, total assets accounted for 40% of the total beverage wine, production accounted for 75%, profits accounted for 26%, capital tax rate of 13.5%.
